Hello and thank you for reading my bio. When you work with a REALTOR sometimes you want to know a little about them. I am originally from Brooklyn, New York. I lived on Long Island for a few years until my dad decided we needed to live in Florida. In 1973 our family moved to Florida, SW Florida to be exact and I lived there for over 40 years.  I am also a breast cancer survivor since 2013.   In 1998 I earned my real estate license for the State of Florida.  I truly love Florida and the sun, but in 2017 I decided it was time to make a change to the Smoky Mountain area where I have made it home.  I took the real estate here in Tennessee and then took the broker test, so I am now a Broker/REALTOR in the State of Tennessee.  Moving and working in East Tennessee is so much different. When I show properties here it is like a mini vacation because I get to see all aspects of the mountain area. I won't lie and say I have never gotten lost, many times I have found myself at the top of a mountain or hill and figured if I go down, I will eventually find my way out!! I work with buyers looking for permanent homes, investment (overnight rental) cabins, and lots both in Sevier County and in Blount County. The areas I work the most are Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Townsend, Walland, Maryville, Kodak, Seymour and I do work some of Knox County as well.  If you have property in the East Tennessee area and would like a free market analysis on your property, just email or give me a call and I will send it to you along with my marketing plan. If you are buyer, please do not hesitate to contact me with questions on properties here. If I don't know the answer I will do my best to find it for you. Thank you again for reading my bio!
